It has been reported that 50 Cent “erupted” during a meeting at his record label Interscope, after a forthcoming single and video–a collaboration with Robin Thicke–inadvertently leaked on to the Internet.

Reported by MTV News, the track “Follow My Lead” was due to be released as the third single from the rapper’s forthcoming album Curtis, and after current videos for “I Get Money” and “Ayo Technology” had dropped from rotation.

According to MTV’s sources, when 50 heard about the leak he reportedly ripped a plasma TV from the wall and threw his mobile phone through a window.

He later talked about his frustrations during an interview with DJ Kay Slay on New York’s Hot 97 radio station.

He said: “The process has been ill for me this go-around. I usually have to start a project myself, as far as Interscope. I got to lead. On the first album, ‘Wanksta’ just took off before ‘In Da Club’ came about. When we got to The Massacre, I leaked ‘Disco Inferno’ and they caught up with ‘Candy Shop.’

“This album, I threw ‘Straight To The Bank’ out there, and ‘Amusement Park’ was the joint they were supposed to assist me with going after. But when that came, it grew at the same pace that ‘Straight To The Bank’ grew. And I was like, ‘Yo, it don’t feel like it’s a difference in the support for the actual record.’”

Clips from “Follow My Lead” have since been removed from YouTube, but have already been posted elsewhere.

Foxy Brown has been charged with assault and possession of a weapon - her cell phone - for allegedly hitting a neighbor with her BlackBerry. Brown is on probation after pleading guilty to assault in a 2004 dispute over payment for a manicure at a nail salon. The latest arrest could lead to her probation being revoked. So she has made it a resolution for the year that she will enact what Naomi Campbell had succeed in doing, using the cell phone as a weapon to cause injury. Everyone remembers that Naomi too used her cell phone to hit her maid due to which she was order community service. Foxy just needs to take a few classes of ANGER MANAGEMENT and that should solve her problem. That’s a real nasty way to vent your anger at a neighbor. The neighbor could be suing her for the damage it has caused and the pain she has felt and the whole could well cost her as much as nearly 25 Black Berry phones. And if the neighbor is as nasty as Foxy has proved to be then we could be in for a long court room battle.

After a false alarm last week that she had checked into a treatment facility after her drug overdose, Amy Winehouse along with her husband Blake Fielder-Civil are finally entering rehab.

The Mirror is reporting that Wino and hubby treatment center in America this past weekend to deal with her addiction to heroin and cocaine and his own addictions. The last straw for Amy’s family was when her best friend caught her smoking heroin on Friday night just days after her overdose.

After a fight broke between Wino’s dad and Blake’s parents, the pair eventually relented.

Rehab rarely works the first time. Here’s to hoping it actually sticks… for her sake.

Cheryl Cole is sporting a sexy new hairdo. The singer looked smashing with the short crop. While most female pop stars would be buying and getting designer clothes made for a new single which is to be released and flash their flesh more than the talk about their song, but the ‘Girls Aloud’ singer opted for a different look with her sharp, shorter cut and fringe. Cheryl and her hubby, English Premiership Club Chelsea ace Ashley Cole were recently seen at a swanky London restaurant Cipriani. I think she completely believes that if she has done a good job with her song then she won’t have to toll too hard under the sun speaking to reporters and give high drama interviews to sell her sing/album. Which according to me, is a sign that she is confident of her success, rather doing bid time interviews just to get promoted and have eyeballs watching you before a release.

If you’re a fan of Fall Out Boy, nay, Pete Wentz, you can forget getting close to him. That is, if Ashlee Simpson is around. The pop singer likes to keep all the pieces of Pete as her own.

The interviewer could be fat herself but since Michele is an upcoming star she cannot have asked the interviewer about her weight problems. How single minded, may be they nothing better to ask about.

Usher better make sure the baby is his for starters. She has already failed once at marriage, will probably expect him to pay for her other kids, has a criminal past, and wants to isolate him. She presents herself as a celebrity stylist, how ironic. Insiders worry that she’ll try to take Usher for all she can.

Ever since the release of her latest album “My December” there have been rumors flying about Kelly Clarkson’s falling out with record mogul Clive Davis. It began when Clarkson wanted more control and freedom to write on her record. Davis didn’t agree with the loss of using hired star song writers. Around the same time Kelly announced the cancellation of her latest tour due to slow ticket sales. She has since spoken out about the issue saying that she considers everyone she works with family and families tend to fight. She adds that its respect and admiration that keeps them together. She says there is no bad blood between her and Davis and that she has nothing but respect for him. I don’t see why writing your own music is a bad idea. It’s strange to sell a manufactured product. I’d much rather see true art whether it’s good or bad.

A coffee based energy drink has recently come under fire from rocker Jon Bon Jovi. The drink is named Mijovi and the rocker is insistent that the product name be changed simply because it’s too close to his own. The creator Marcos Carrington says the drink is named after his girlfriend Jovita and not after the rock star. Carrington received a cease and desist letter from the rocker’s attorneys and feels that it isn’t fair. A spokeswoman for Bon Jovi refused to comment. The cans also contained the lettering “itsmilife” which Carrington has agreed to quit using but he says he will not drop the name Mijovi. That sounds perfectly fair. The name should be his fair and square. This is almost as bad as that time Metallica tried to sue an old lady for naming her shop “Metallika”. You would think rock stars have better things to do than ruin a small business owner’s chances of success.

The legal battles between Beatle Paul McCartney and his estranged wife Heather Mills have not come to a conclusion. Their long legal dispute is still ongoing. The report is that Paul offered Heather forty million dollars to settle and she refused by saying she’d take no less than one hundred million. Paul McCartney is estimated to be worth 1.65 billion dollars. The lawyer working on the case is expecting it to go to trial because both parties are just too stubborn. The couple has a three year old daughter as well. It’s funny because I haven’t heard any custody fights between this couple so far. It’s all about money. I do find it to be outrageous that Mills thinks she is entitled to more money. That money has nothing to do with her and she was offered more than enough to live comfortably. Anything more and she’s being totally selfish.

In a music sense of course. Think those cheesy porn songs that play in the background as porn stars are going at it. Justin Timberlake is reportedly a guest star on a song for 50 Cent’s new album. The song is apparently about loving pornography.

The two, along with Timbaland, have already filmed a video for the song, tentatively called ‘Ayo Technology’. An insider told the press, “The track is an analogy for watching porn” and that ‘technology’ was a substitute for pornography.

The song is also about being fed up with having to only watch dirty movies and how desperate they are to do those things. The video is said to have the 3 men dressed up as spies peaking at girls using see-through eyewear technology.

Just months after his longtime girlfriend gave birth to twin girls, Sean “Diddy” Combs announced Tuesday that the pair have split up.
A publicist for the 37-year-old rap mogul confirmed that he and model Kim Porter were no longer together. On Dec. 21, Porter gave birth to daughters D’Lila Star and Jessie James; the couple also have a son together.
The move comes a few months after the two publicly proclaimed their love for one another in a cover story for Essence magazine, which detailed their turbulent history: They already had a son, Christian, when Combs began his high-profile romance with Jennifer Lopez. That romance ended in 2001.
In the December article, Porter said Combs simply fell for a “big booty and a smile” and she knew he would be back. Though she took him to court to increase her child support payments in 2002, Combs eventually reunited with her.
But while Combs told Essence he was an “ex-player,” he admitted that he wasn’t ready to marry Porter and even wondered, “Do you really think that God meant for a man to have just one wife?”

Wild rocker Alice Cooper has a secret addiction - he is obsessed with shopping. The Poison hit maker admits he loves the pastime but reveals it causes havoc when he is traveling. He says, “I go on tour with two suitcases and come home with 12. Whenever I’m in a city I will sneak off to trawl down the main shopping streets.” All the girls in my town are obsessed with shopping but I haven’t seen a single one make it to the news and then is he addicted or obsessed. I guess some of us would have to paint our faces like he does to get noticed. And look like a corpse. If he really does so much of shopping then he either buys rotten old stuff that really reflects on his dressing or he buys 12 bags of clothes that are fully empty. He just goes to a luggage store and buys 12 empty bags and brings them home so that he can collect all the discs that people are not buying of his records.

Clay Aiken was involved in an airplane disturbance with another passenger Saturday while en route to Tulsa International Airport, a newspaper reported. Interesting how they leave out the fact that Clay Aiken was asleep, having done a concert the previous night and on his way to another concert in Tulsa. He’s 6′1″ with long legs and usually crosses one over the other. So while sleeping, his foot touched the lady’s armrest. According to witnesses, she began pushing it, then yelling at him, at which point he woke up. He did not confront her or cause any problems. The media is a joke. And what a mess there is over a foot, if it were just another passenger then it would have passed as just another funny incident. The lady would have recognized Clay and therefore must have taken it as a chance to have her name in the papers.

The world’s most famous “Promiscuous” singer is about to be made an honest woman by a Loose sound engineer. Nelly Furtado has gotten engaged to Demacio “Demo” Castellon, who engineered her 2006 hit album. While the couple hasn’t offered any details of their engagement, Furtado has been sporting some serious diamond bling on her ring finger since last month, prompting speculation that Castellon proposed at the end of her tour. A year ago, the Grammy winner told Blender that she had a “secret boyfriend” of eight months, adding that it was “nobody famous or anything” and that she wanted to keep the relationship private. “World most famous promiscous singer” What a label! Did she have a harem or something? So, now that she has that diamond on her ring finger she should be proud of it and let the world know of all the plans that the couple have for their wedding. Hopefully it’s not in a recording studio where they engineered that 2006 hit album, then the might just keeping engineering kids and sex and some other weird things all at the great venue – the hit making recording studio.

Sean ‘P. Diddy’ Combs and his baby momma Kim Porter have split. Page Six reports that Kim has had enough and she, along with the kids, will be moving to Beverly Hills.

There were reports that Diddy was spotted hanging out with Sienna Miller until the wee hours of the morning in New York and in London but Kim still stuck around. But new evidence of another Diddy and Sienna hookup surfaced and Kim’s done.

A source close to the long-time couple is saying that Kim is in Louisiana shooting a movie but is going to move to Beverly Hills after filming. The source goes on to say that the two are the best of friends but “can’t be together right now”. There’s still a chance for them to get back together?

Former American Idol contestant Katharine McPhee is featured on the cover of the August 2007 issue of Stuff magazine. In an interview, she talks about dating older men, her new album cover, being popular among males and settling down.

The 21-year old singer’s boyfriend is actually a 42-year old Broadway actor. She says that at her age, it was a good time to explore. At the same time, she gravitated towards the older men because “They’re just wiser, and they’re less about themselves and more about you.”

Her new album cover was made into a big deal due to her provocative pose. She’s been labeled as a slut by some but she doesn’t care and defends herself by saying that it was all just suggested and not completely showing skin. And even though some are seeing her as some sort of sex symbol, she’s pretty humble about it by saying that some people thought that she was cute instead of pretty.

When asked about settling down, she’s all mature and said that she’s always wanted to have children of her own. That’s sweet.

Dreamworks studio boss Jeffrey Katzenberg cast Justin Timberlake in Shrek The Third because he had a crush on the pop heartthrob, according to star Cameron Diaz. Diaz was still dating Timberlake when they provided the voices of Princess Fiona and Artie respectively in the animated sequel, but they split in January before the film was released. The actress tells British radio station Heart FM, “I did not get him the gig, no. Jeffrey Katzenberg has had a crush on him for a very long time… it was his idea… ask him.” See the music industry and every other form of entertainment is under the cloud of a casting couch. You have to be somebody to get recognized by producers so as to have the big opportunities. Justin’s role was not needed in this Shrek movie and I was disappointed with Shrek 3 anyway…. The characters donkey and puss in boots were seemingly overshadowed by Justin’s character, which was flat and lacked humour or interest! I think Justin should stick to singing rather than animated roles…..

At a recent festival in London Aerosmith handed out a list of crazy demands. One that stood out as especially nuts was the demand for three roast chickens for each band member. Apparently they insisted they had to have two for before the show and one for after. Who really eats that much chicken in a night? It certainly can’t be good for you. Another demand they had which was a bit outrageous was that they wanted Run DMC flown in from the United States just to sing on one song with them. Booking a flight from America to Europe for one five minute song seems more than extremely unnecessary to me. How many times before have they played the song Walk This Way without Run DMC? Plenty! When Mariah Carey wants people to pick certain M & M colors out of her candy dish it’s totally ridiculous. But when a handful of old men demand three chickens in a specified order it makes me ask myself why they would want to join her ranks and be known as selfish divas?

Josh Duhamel has been in a relationship with hip-hop music’s Duchess Fergie. In the new issue of Best Life magazine, he dishes on how he met his now girlfriend and how embarrassing it was.

“I was walking out and all of a sudden she was walking toward me,” Josh recounts for the mag. “I was like, ‘Oh boy.’ She stopped. And this is so sad, but I said in this desperate voice, ‘You’re so hot!’”

Fortunately, instead of finding his tongue-tied and desperate approach weird, Fergie thought it was rather cute. The relationship has been going on for almost three years and the couple recently bought a big house together.

The latest baby news coming out of the Hollywood rumor mill is all about Christina Aguilera. Love her or hate her, this is big! Sources are saying that she recently began to

confide in close friends that she was about three months pregnant. Added to this rumor is the fact that Christina apparently told hubby Jordan Bratman right in time for his thirtieth birthday at the beginning of June.

On June 7th the pair was seen leaving New York’s Maternal Fetal Medicine Association. What could be more obvious than that? Why else would they visit a place that specializes in ultrasounds that are state of the art? It looks like there is more than a grain of truth to this rumor and I will be looking forward to the official announcement. Christina shocked everyone by settling down with Jordan two years ago when they tied the knot. It only makes sense that she would begin to plan their family. With the recent success of her Back to Basics album she may have reached a point of taking time off for family. Though I do hope she isn’t out of the spotlight for long.

Kelly Clarkson, who rails against a former flame in her new song “Never Again”, says she’s never been in love.
“I love my friends and family”, the Grammy-winning singer and original “American Idol” tells Elle magazine in its July issue. “But I have never said the words ‘I love you’ to anyone in a romantic relationship. Ever.”
Clarkson, 25, doesn’t take romance lightly.
“I am very old-school, conservative in my thinking when it comes to relationships”, she says. “Love is something you work at. It doesn’t come easily. There are going to be bad days. You are going to have to work at loving someone when they are being an idiot.”
She adds: “People think they’re just going to meet the perfect guy. Don’t be ridiculous.”
Marriage and motherhood aren’t in the cards for Clarkson — not right now, anyway.
“My point of view is that I shouldn’t be a mother at all, because I’d be horrible”, she says. “I’m not willing to be that selfless.”
Her comments speak to the singer’s frankness, which makes Clarkson stand out from many of today’s publicist-protected pop stars. In recent weeks, Clarkson has made headlines for saying the media is exaggerating reports that she and music mogul Clive Davis clashed over her upcoming CD, “My December”, to be released by RCA Records, a unit of Sony BMG Music Entertainment.
It’s a sensitive subject.
“I’ve sold more than 15 million records worldwide, and still nobody listens to what I have to say. Because I’m 25 and a woman”, she says.
“I am a good singer, so I can’t possibly be a good writer”, she continues. “Women can’t possibly be good at two things. I haven’t lost my temper about it. It only drives me more. If your thing is to bring me down, cool. I’ll just work harder.”

Why oh why Shakira?

The Latin hip-shaker was spotted hanging out with the Queen of the Brats and Wasted Posers Avril Lavigne at Hollywood hotspot Les Deux this past Friday night.

That friendship can only lead to bad things. This was a huge disappointment. But Shakira more than made up for it come Saturday.

Instead of spending time with someone puke-inducing, she spent time with a more ladylike Penelope Cruz. The two hit club Parc together on Saturday night.

I guess she’s more free to party now that her tour’s over and she doesn’t have to worry about singing while hung over.

Kyle Spratt is an individual that really wants to get into the music business. He sings rap so he had to be thinking Eminem would be a great solution for him to get heard. Kyle then stole Marshall’s cell phone number from his ex-wife Kimberly Mathers and started harassing the rapper in order to get him to listen to his demo tracks. As you can imagine Eminem did not like this at all and turned to the police. Spratt was arrested and his only escaped was the fact that after stealing the phone number he put back Kim’s cell phone back in his bag so he only “borrowed” it. There are so many wannabe rappers out there that it is plain to see why this is not the way to do it. If you want to become one a proper approach would be attending novice concerts, sending tapes to record labels and so on. The wrong approach is getting a big star’s phone number and then harassing him to listen to you. Nobody can be convinced like that! Wake up people!

Platinum-selling rapper The Game, whose real name is Jayceon Terrell Taylor, pleaded not guilty to brandishing a gun at a pick-up basketball game in Los Angeles, California earlier this year.

The rapper purportedly got into an altercation with a player on an opposing team during a basketball game at the Rita Walters Educational Learning Complex in the southern part of LA last February. After supposedly punching the victim, cops say that The Game pulled a gun from his red Escalade and threatened to shoot the victim.

The real violence isn’t in the hip-hop world. The real violence is in the people that decide to go into hip-hop. Just because you’re a ‘gangsta’ on the mic doesn’t mean you have to be one in real life. Pssh. Idiot.

Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora entered an undisclosed treatment facility on Wednesday. “Richie Sambora has entered an undisclosed treatment facility in Los Angeles,” the rep said in a statement. “He asks that you respect his and his family’s privacy at this time.” It has been a difficult year for Sambora, 47. He and actress Denise Richards broke up several months ago after dating for about a year. In April, his divorce from Heather Locklear was finalized. And that same month, his father died of lung cancer. Every person has to go through such events and is the positive side of the thing can help immensely in copping with such situation. The positives can be that the ugly part is behind there is now a better tomorrow to look forward to. It is not clear how Sambora’s treatment will affect his role in Bon Jovi. The band’s new album, Lost Highway, is due out June 19.

The Spice Girls may be getting back together. Maybe.

But the ladies famously known to be Posh, Ginger and Baby have made the rumors of a reunion more and more likely especially after being spotted together in London on Wednesday to catch up and perhaps to talk business.

There’s still a lot of uncertainty though. Mel C, more known as Sporty, went on an interview earlier on the week and was asked about a possible Spice reunion. She was honest about her views and although she seemed hesitant, she said she was open to the idea.

The final member Mel B, more known as Scary or Eddie Murphy’s supposed baby momma, is slated to be on the next Dancing with the Stars. So a reunion may or may not take place after that.

Whatever you decide ladies, I’m sure it will be better than the stuff you’ve gotten into lately.

Lately we have witnessed a lot of stars attacking the Live Earth event. Now Neil Tennant (a member of the Pet Shop Boys) is the latest to attack the events that will be held this summer. Weather or not there is some interest in this the fact remains that he does say some hard things that seem so right:

“The Princess Diana concert is fair enough, but I feel more uneasy about the Al Gore thing. I’ve always been against the idea of rock stars lecturing people as if they know something the rest of us don’t - it looks arrogant. It’s not as if they have a private source of information. To state the obvious as if you are the only person that knows it is intellectually weak. Bono uses his celebrity, but in doing so he increases his celebrity. I’m never even totally convinced that the rest of U2 feel comfortable with that.”

As you can see Neil also attacked Bono, probably one of the most known figures to promote Live Earth. It is right that the U2 front man gained a lot of popularity for such events and we never got to see the band as a whole getting involved in this. Maybe the Pet Shop Boys have something here. Maybe the Live Earth series is just designed to build more popularity and gain more money instead of what it was designed for.

A spy reports that Mel told a friend: “I love Stephen. He’s been looking after me. I’m very happy, Stephen’s great fun and he satisfies me.” The 32-year-old singer was less complimentary about Eddie - who denies he is the father of Mel’s one-month-old baby daughter Angel. When a person is willing to surrender to a partner then there should no furies of words later on. Mel - who also has an eight-year-old daughter Phoenix - plans to take Eddie, 46, to court to make him take a paternity test. Recent pictures of her show that she doesn’t at all look like she has had a baby just a month or so ago. These celebrities do all that they have to do to retain their figure after pregnancy. They will spend thousands of dollars on cosmetic surgery to ensure that not even a mark remains thereafter. Mel and Stephen have been seen together in a Los Angeles park with a little girl believed to be the producer’s daughter. So we have Stephen’s daughter and Mel’s kids all playing together while the two have a good time partying out at nights.
