Destiny’s Child Lawsuit

Beyonce better watch her back because one of her girls isn’t pleased with her daddy. News has come out that Destiny’s Child is heading to court regarding a copyright infringement lawsuit for their song ‘Cater 2 U’. This legal mess that the singers find themselves in has Kelly Rowland pointing the finger at Matthew Knowles for trying to push his daughter ahead of the pack. A source said “Matthew [Knowles] has a long history of trying to get songwriters to add Beyonce’s name to songs she didn’t compose, just so she gets publishing royalties. That information eventually became widely known, and now anyone who wants to accuse Kelly or Destiny’s Child of stealing material has ammunition to file a lawsuit. Kelly is livid.”

People have been wondering about Kelly Rowland’s bustier physique and the former Destiny’s Child member finally settles things in the March 17 issue of People magazine. She confirms that she had breast implants last October which brought her from an A-cup to a B-cup. She says that she did it for the sake of fashion saying “I didn’t want to have double Ds and be a little bitty size 2 — that would look nuts! I was sick of not fitting into my tops. There was this one really hot House of Dereon top (designed by Beyonce’s mom, Tina Knowles) that I just wanted to fill that out! [After the surgery,] I put it on and I looked so good! I’m so happy. I feel complete.”
