The always crass Ke$ha took a break from promoting her album in the UK to share her thoughts on Cheryl Cole’s split from her cheating douche bag of a husband Ashley. The trashy pop singer kept it real when she said “I saw the pictures of him in his pants. If someone did that to me I would stab him in his d**k.” For once, she’s making some sense. I actually hope that what she said has put an idea into the Girls Aloud member’s head. That would be pretty funny to see or even just hear of. Do it!

After much media speculation, Cheryl Cole has officially called it quits with her cheating, douche bag of a husband Ashley. A rep for the Girls Aloud singer said “Cheryl Cole is separating from her husband Ashley Cole. Cheryl asks the media to respect her privacy during this difficult time. We have no further comment to make.” Don’t worry girl. You did the right thing. If he’s being called the UK’s version of Tiger Woods, separating yourself for him will be for nothing but the best. Now if only Elin Woods could figure out the same thing. I bet that either divorce is going to be ugly.

Girls Aloud have not split up but the band is definitely on hold. The group took a break last year but they have signed a new deal to record three new albums. In the meantime, all the ladies have been doing their own thing but there is one person who is holding it up – Nadine Coyle. Kimberley Walsh spoke of the band’s future saying “I miss the girls. The plan is… well, basically Nadine needs to come over from LA. We need to chat and book it in because there are five people’s diaries to work around, rather than just one.”

Sarah Harding isn’t a rebellious St Trinian-type at heart, according to one of her old schoolmarms.

It turns out the singer, who appeared in both recent chapters of the naughty schoolgirl films, was a saintly student.

Sarah, who boarded at Thornton College of the Convent Of Jesus And Mary near Milton Keynes, might have sung with the rest of her chart-topping girl group Girls Aloud that she Can’t Speak French – but she can, and very well.

When Sarah was nine, she scored 94 per cent for her languages and was praised for having a “very good accent”.

Her former teacher commended her in the end-of-term bulletin for working “with interest and determination” in both subjects.

Sarah, who plays Roxy in the recently-released St Trinian’s 2: The Legend Of Fritton’s Gold, got just a B in music and arts.

But “Sarah is making good progress in all aspects of this subject”, the report says.

Singer Cheryl Cole is set to bring out a new clothing line.

The 26-year-old Girls Aloud star is going to release her own fashion label selling clothing and accessories.

A source told British newspaper The London Evening Standard: “With her new hair and edgier clothes choices, Cheryl has told work colleagues that she wants to capitalise on her ‘best dressed’ status and is exploring the possibilities of launching her own fashion label next year.”

The X Factor judge is keen to bring out a casual wear range as well as a handbag collection.

The source added: “Cheryl wants to pounce while she’s on top. She spent a great deal of time in LA and thinks her style can translate wonderfully across continents. But everything is in the early stages. Cheryl loves fashion.”

Earlier this year, Cheryl reportedly said that 35-year-old singer Victoria Beckham’s clothing line was not something Girls Aloud would wear as it was for “older women”.

Nadine Coyle and fellow Girls Aloud member Cheryl Cole are simultaneously working on their solo musical careers. However, Nadine is said to be taking it to a whole other level. The singer has created a huge buzz as three top record labels are said to be in a bidding war to sign her. A source said “It looks like Universal – a subdivision of the Girls Aloud label Fascination – will produce Nadine’s solo shot. But whoever wins her will have to pay a lot because everyone’s desperate to sign her. She will get an amazing deal as a result of shopping around.”

After a lot of speculation, it was announced last Wednesday that X Factor judge Dannii Minogue will be returning for the third season of the show. Kylie Minogue’s sister created a lot of tension when she expressed her jealousy over Girls Aloud singer Cheryl Cole stealing her thunder. There were even rumors of Dannii getting fired because she no longer served a purpose on the show. Head judge Simon Cowell was pretty determined to have Dannii on the show and the production shoved a $1.7 million contract in her face to prove their point. And when that much money is involved, who wouldn’t sign?

Who says girl bands have to be in competition? It looks like the Spice Girls are fans of Girls Aloud! Emma Bunton and Geri Halliwell, famously known as Baby and Ginger, were seen leaving a Girls Aloud concert at Wembley Stadium in London last Wednesday night. I think it’s super cool to see talented women supporting other talented women. Now that is what I call girl power! I also think it’s pretty nice that Emma and Geri still get together after having retired as Spice Girls. However, I doubt we’ll be able to see them hanging out with Victoria Beckham and Mel B though.

The Girls Aloud singer has recently admitted that she doesn’t want to move in with her boyfriend because she enjoys living with her parents too much. Nadine Coyle said: “It’s too soon to move in with Jason. I’m so happy being back with my mommy and daddy when I’m in Los Angeles. I haven’t done that since I was 16 and I’m getting so spoiled. My mummy does all my washing and cooking and puts lavender oil on my pillow to help me sleep. I’m so pampered.” Talk about having it good… it looks like Nadine Coyle is getting to relive her childhood all over again… or the best part of it anyway. Hopefully, she will not remain trapped in it… or?

You may think there’s no such thing as a smart pop star but take Girls Aloud lead singer Nadine Coyle out of the question as she is quite the business woman. She already has a Mexican restaurant she opened in Orange County in California and also has property investments. In addition to that, she’s opening up a candle shop in Los Angeles. She definitely has a good head on her shoulders and knows that a pop career isn’t going to last forever. The UK pop princess is now based in LA where her family lives. Why can’t all pop stars be like her?

Sarah Harding is making moves behind the scenes to launch a solo career away from Girls Aloud. The Manc caner has been in touch with a select group of top music managers to sound them out in a bid to secure solo success after her girl band dream ends.

But so far she has been knocked back by operators including the team who put Lily Allen on the map and made Natasha Bedingfield a big name in the US.

An insider said: “Sarah has had an eye on her future for a long time. She knows girl bands only have a short shelf-life and that the dream wouldn’t last for ever”

Cheryl is married to England soccer star Ashley Cole and admits that she wants a family, but promises to finish touring before she starts trying.

Kimberley said: “Cheryl will have kids first. She is the softest and has taken on the motherly role since getting married. She would happily have one but she is so committed to what we are doing right now. She would say, ‘But we have to do the tour!’

Kimberley, who has been dating Triple 8 singer Justin Scott since May 2006, also revealed she is looking forward to getting married and having children one day.
