No matter what I try to do, I just can’t escape pop wreck Britney Spears. If she’s not the one I’m writing about, I’m writing about stars talking about her. Kylie Minogue is the latest to talk about the still falling pop star saying “I wish someone would write a manual about fame because it’s not easy. I’m always loath to say that because there are a lot more difficulties out there that people deal with every day - but when fame is handed to you, it is unique. It’s not to the same extreme, but I can remember having a mini-meltdown myself - and unless you’ve got good people around to support you, you’ve got a problem. Who knows what is going on in her life? Britney Spears isn’t that young any more. I think she will still come back but it’s like she’s taken an extended holiday. Whatever help she needs, she should reach out and get it.”

Britney Spears spent her weekend in Las Vegas, where she has been rehearsing her performance for the MTV VMA’s on September 9th. According to sources, Britney spent all day Friday rehearsing and then that night she went and partied with P. Diddy at Pure nightclub. Hey, now that’s what I like, you work and like Britney rehearsed all day and then when work is done for the day you party hard as well to enjoy and celebrate the day’s work. That’s the culture I have been brought up on and that’s the way I think it should be. No work just partying all the time and killing life without doing anything meaningful and substantial is worthless fun. I’m really looking forward to the MTV VMA’s tomorrow. While I don’t really ever watch MTV and I dislike the majority of the type of people who will be there, I really want to see Britney’s performance.
