Sara Coleman, the mother of Akon’s baby, claims that the only thing that the singer does better than make music is to hide from process servers. Apparently, the hip hop artist hasn’t been making child support payments. Akon’s lawyer has released a statement regarding the allegations, saying “Akon has taken responsibility and has been extremely cooperative and proactive in handling this private matter. Paternity was only established just over 30 days ago. Since the case was filed outside of Georgia jurisdiction, where he is a legal resident, Akon is currently in the process of engaging counsel in California and will continue to handle this matter in a timely manner.”

Once upon a time, in a not so far away place, no one thought of Michael Jackson as one mangled freak or a potential pedophile. Back in that day, he was also considered one of the best musicians of all time. But that’s way back in the day. Now, the so-called King of Pop is trying to relive his glory days as he has re-recorded ‘Thriller’, the best selling album of all time, for its 25th anniversary with some “contemporary” artists. Some of the songs are hit or miss but should they release a single off of it, Akon’s take on ‘Wannabe Startin’ Something’ is sure to be a killer hit.

Hip-hop singer Akon has had heaps of trouble this year. The most memorable happens to be when he sexed up a then 14-year old girl onstage at one of his concerts. That’s something that has to be looked down upon but wouldn’t you know it, the girl is actually being given an award.

Danah Alleyne is being awarded with a ‘Youth Motivator Award’. It’s hard to believe so it shouldn’t shock anyone that the nation of Trinidad is iffy about it.

Sources say that the 100% Crime Free Youth Committee made a mistake and named her the winner as a joke. Since the media found out about it, they have no choice but to give it to her. How embarrassing, it makes the organization look like it’s run by a bunch of idiots.
