Alexandra Burke getting a US launch
October 22nd, 2009The British singer and winner of the famous X Factor show has apparently stuck gold yet again when Clive Davis, a music mogul that can apparently boast with being Whitney Houston’s mentor, said he would help her launch her career in the US. A source related the following on the matter: “Alexandra was celebrating her number one record with friends and family. She got a huge shock when Clive appeared and said he thinks she’s the future of pop music.” The long arm of Simon Cowell apparently extends at a great length indeed… but it all seems to be in Alexandra Burke’s benefit. Well, the US always is a good market for the Pop/R&B scene… you’d think they would’ve run out of CD’s by now.
