Celine Dion Refuses To Walk Red Carpets
September 19th, 2007Celine Dion has refused to ever set foot on a red carpet again because she hates answering superficial questions about the clothes she is wearing. The superstar singer was savaged by the fashion police for wearing a backwards white Dior suit to the 1999 Oscars and has never truly recovered from the criticism. She makes a good point.. I can care less where the diamonds or dresses come from. The questions are just repetitive and boring. Celine is one of the most respectful artists in the world today and she knows that the red carpet is all about flaunting your unnatural self and showing those rented diamonds and evening dresses for that picture to be flashed next morning in the papers. She is a singer, an entertainer and a performer but for sure is not a pathetic model who needs to flaunt she skin and wear the so called right dresses because she is a model. Celine has her dressing sense and she looks beautiful as well.
